PCB Quick Proofing
1. PCB Quick Proofing refers to the trial production of printed circuit boards before mass production. The main application is for PCB engineers to perform small-scale trial production to the factory after designing the circuit and completing the PCB layout. The production quantity of Quick Proofing generally has no specific boundary. Generally, engineers call it PCB proofing before the product design is completed and confirmed.
2. PCB Quick Proofing uses the CAD programming board at the time of production and prints to the hot stamping film like a single-sided board. The obvious difference is that the film is not two separate boards, but two boards of the same circuit. The design interacts on both sides, passing signals and voltages from one side to the other.
The development and application of PCB detection equipments is the key to solve thisproblem.
