Description
This Led Light Bar tends to generate a high volume of heat, making it difficult to cool via traditional means. Therefore, our Led Light Bar Circuit Board is frequently chosen for LED application due to their enhanced ability to dissipate heat.
The LED is soldered to the circuit board and features a chip that produces the light when electrically connected. A thermal heat sink and a ceramic base are used to bond the chip. Circuit Board Led Light Bar can be incorporated into numerous lighting applications due to their combination of excellent energy efficiency, low cost and maximum design flexibility.
Structure
Generally, a single panel is composed of three layers, namely, the circuit layer (copper foil), the insulation layer and the metal base layer. For high-end use there is also a design for double panels, the structure of the circuit layer, insulation layer, aluminum base, insulation layer, circuit layer. It has very few applications for multilayer board, which can be made of ordinary multilayer board and insulation layer, aluminum base laminate.
