The first-piece inspection is very important, as long as the component specifications, model, and polarity orientation of the first-piece are correct, the machine will not mislabel the components in mass production; as long as the first-piece placement position meets the placement offset requirement. In general, the machine is able to guarantee the repeat accuracy of the mass production. Therefore, the first-piece of inspection of the circuit board should be carried out every shift, every day, every batch, and the inspection (testing) system should be established.
Program trial running
Program trial running generally use non-mount components (empty operation), if the test run is normal, it can be officially installed.
2. The first-piece trial mounting
A. Tune up the program file.
B. Try to install a PCB according to the operating procedures.
(1) Check the order item number of the pcb
1 Whether the specification, direction and polarity of the components on each component are consistent with the process documentation (or surface pcb assembly samples).
2 The components are damaged or not, and whether the pins are deformed.
The mounting position of the component is offset from the pad beyond the allowable range or not.
(2) Inspection method
The test method should be based on the configuration of the test equipment of each unit.
Ordinary pitch components can be visually inspected, and high-density, narrow-pitch can be used with magnifying glass, microscope, online or offline optical inspection equipment (AOI)
(3) Inspection standard
Executing according to the enterprise standards formulated by the unit or with reference to other standards (such as IPC standards or SJ/T10670-1995 general technical requirements for surface assembly processes).
