The reason of crystal vibration failure is analyzed

Crystal oscillator is short for crystal oscillator, it is afraid of vibration and stress.

Vibration and stress, easy to cause frequency deviation and output voltage fluctuations.Therefore, in the process of wire forming and welding, it is necessary to avoid any operation that generates stress:

(1) lead molding, should avoid lead by excessive stress, especially for those high-end crystal vibration;

(2) when layout, do not close to the edge of the board, also do not use manual board.

The method of template fixed shearing is used for crystal vibration lead forming.Because the hole of the moulding template adopted is too large, the shaking of the pin will cause great stress and transfer to the crystal vibration, which will cause the crystal vibration frequency deviation.
